how do you arrange your low, med, and high days? for example, do you just go H, M, L, H, M, L....or is there more med or low days back to back or what? just would like to know what you've had success with.
for myself I usually do 2-low-1high. I also like cycling days low/no/norm/high. 1 no carb day works pretty good but your in a very catabloic state that day.
Go med and low as often as you can without sacrificing muscle and then use your high days to fill back out without putting on fat. You just gotta play with it.
Yeah. Highly individual. Plus what I may consider to be low you may consider to be moderate, etc. I myself just prefer a longer carb cycle with 3-4 low days and then a moderate then high day. So I guess L-L-L-M-H-L-L-L, etc. But I'm a hard loser. It took me a hell of a long time to get that diet right. Probably longer than it did to get my training right.
Personally I have found this schedule effective for burning fat and retaining muscle. I train on Wed/Fri/Sun.

Tuesday Low
Wednesday Medium
Thursday Low
Friday High
Saturday Low
Sunday Medium
Essentially most of my carbs come pre and post workout, which I find works well. I'd probably take a bit of a different approach if I trained more than 3 times a week, though.
with the people i train...... u need to find out for your self.. u need a log book! try different ways....then once u figure it out u will notice it might change. it happens
