for those that dont use PCT

I know some experienced members on this forum dont believe in the value of PCT. I pose the question of how one ends a cycle without using PCT.
hypothetically lets say an 8 week cycle of test cypionate 750mg per week.

Does anybody taper anymore? Always seemed to be effective. I know, corticosteroids come in dose packs/taper packs to allow your body time to start producing hormones on it's own.

A lot of the hormones in the body are controlled by negative feedback response. I would think tapering off could be helpful!

estrogen inhibitors [letrozole,exemestane,anastrozole] are ez to get, why no start on an ei with your last shot and run it till it's gone? they usually come in 30 or 60mls per bottle. once the estrogen is low enough and your test is low enough, your body should start test production. its also a good idea to use something to lower cortisol, maybe vitamin c melatonin at night [anti-stress] gingobiloba, and believe it or not meditation, why where the mind goes the body follows.
