I have had this in the past, and it has gone away on its own accord, but now has come back with vengence.
When ever I do any sort of curl, except reverse, when I go to let go of the bar or dumbell, I get a huge surge of pain up my forearms, right thru to the bone. It takes me about 3-4 secs to unclench my grip, or it gets even worse.
Is is really limiting my arm training now to the point I dread it.
It is not affected with any back work though.
When pushing on my forearms, my brachealis (sp) feels as hard as rock, almost cramped up, all the time. It is very painful to press on.
I have spoken to other lifters who have has this in the past, but none have been able to provide a reason/solution, and theirs just went away with time as well.
Anyone else had the same problem? Know what causes it? Or even better, know what fixes it?
I am stretching them throughout the day, and applying linament, but doesnt seem to be doing much to improve it
