I got a MRI through my insurance but had to see probably 4 specialist even to get the referral

I was not happy, 34 years into my life I discovered I have Spina Bifida oculta (never previously diagnosed)

It would be cool if one of these USA-based companies who offers similar service sponsored here and offered members a PM discount of any sort

My experience- even if you did find someone here in the US who would be up for being a sponsor here, their cost would be high if cash or a ton of hoops if pushed though insurance. And then you still have to navigate your deductible and their bill price to insurance to settle the difference.

We have amazing care options here in the US, but it’s a mess and expensive to navigate for the average person, much less a bodybuilder.

All the TRT and specialized clinics I know popping up are doing cash basis to try and solve the problem, but it’s still cash and have to find someone local or who does remote to order it all. DM me if you need any suggestions as I do know some who work remote.

But for deeper imaging and MRI items like this I always suggest guys drive or fly down to South America if insurance and money is an issue. Get the imaging and bring it back for your docs here to review. “Some” docs may have an issue with it not being done under them, but IMO a good one will have no issue and accept the imaging granted it was done with the right tech.

Oh yeah I grew up eating absolutely awful. Tons of fast food pretty much daily in my childhood. I didn't clean up the diet until my mid 20s.
Tough to say which is worse. Both are inflammatory and poisonous. I'm just glad I came out relatively unscathed.
I think the main thing for me will be cancer prevention. Lot of cancer in my family on both sides. I grew up with 2 parents who smoked in the house. Besides that, it's nearly impossible to escape the environmental carcinogens no matter how natural we try to live or how organic we eat. Shit, you can't even go outside without seeing the sky checkered with chem trails.

Yea I got lucky I was raised on elk, catfish, and venison paired with veggies we grew and even now I grow a small garden, keep bees, and subside mostly off venison if I have a good year. Right now I been prepping and 80% of my meals are whitetail, with the goal moving to 100% venison and veggies once I pick a show date.
