Yeah man, I eat about half a kilo of them every 'carb breakfast', absolutely delicious and I never get tired of them. Very rich though
Half a kilo That's over 330g sugar. You don't have any toilet issues eating that many? Although I bet your physique comes to life after eating that. I have to really try hard not to eat them as they are so easy to go overboard with. I usually limit myself to 3 at a time now. Even with slin I will have about 3 as a "booster" then I drink my intra shake slowly. I also like to use bananas as well in a similar way (or combined with the dates). I noticed in Kuwait they now do date flavoured whey protein which I will have to try.
