I was hesitant to use fruit as a main source of carbs, but I'm making the switch. I eat berries, grapes, oranges and pears.
My main sources of carbs are fruits, sweet potato, and waxy maize on workout days.
If anybody could provide a list of which fruits have the best benefits, that would be helpful. I know melons are generally not the ideal choice, I'd likev to get a better idea.
I'm also still working on portion control, trying to max out on 250g of carbs daily can be difficult when you can't read a nutritional label.
