No!! Do not take intentional days off! You go as many days as you can until your body tell's you YOU need a rest. I was doing this routine pre contest in a calorie deficit and made it 5 weeks before I took a day off...LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.Minimum one day rest per week, or three days training one day rest. Play with the rest days.
And: Change the weights, never use the same weight in a row, so day 1 8-10 reps, day2 10- 12 reps, day 3 12-15 reps day 4 15 -20 reps, then start again 8-10 reps ...
