Funny thing happened w/ NO Xplode

I just started taking the stuff and on the second day I noticed two little spots on the inside front of my underwear when I got home from the gym. At first glance they looked kind of reddish so my first thought was "oh my god I'm bleeding from my wang", but when I looked closer I noticed they were actually PINK. I remember taking a leak at the gym during my workout so the NO Xplode must have done something to leave these little pink "pee spots"... but that's the only time it's happened. But then that's also one of the few times I've used the men's room during my workout. Anyone either had this happen or heard of this happening? Or am I just the freak with the pink pee? :eek:
 
Never heard of that before bro. But I have some advice. Get rid of the
NO-Xplode, its a waste of money. As are all NO products.

WELL

not sure about the pink pee, but, when I take a serving of NO-xplode about 45 min before wo then start sipping Size-on during wo I get the same type of amazing pumps like when I am "on" so the stuff is doing something cuz I don't get those pumps without it,and I only use supps when "off":cool:
 
I actually like the stuff also. Right now, it is the only thing I will use pre-workout anymore.
 
Just because you have a pump does not mean you are growing. It deffeinatly is not worth the money shelled out for them. You all can thank Muscle-Tech for all this bullshit.


Anybody notice how Synthetek does NOT have any NO products. Doe you just think that is a coincidence. Ask Big A if NO works...LOL

can any of you tell me how a pump will stimulate growth? it dosent....it actually might hinder it!

a pump is the worst thing you could have when exercising because the muscles then are constricting the blood vessels and capillaries and keeping them from bringing oxygen to the cells as well as taking away waste products , does it feel good? yes cause you feel and look bigger! NO products are shit! take some glycerin and taurine befor a workout and you will experience a simular effect, but it will ony cost you 10 bucks!

I hear peeps sayin they had the best workout cause they were pumped for hrs, a pump is not a good indicator of a sucessfull workout..

I went over this in another thread, look at the label of all your supps from major supp companys, most of the shit in there can be purchased for 1/10th the price of the supp and then you can adjust the dose accordingly to fit your personal prefrence. most no2 products are caffiene thats why you feel like you could train forever! I have noticed also they say to make sure you are well hydrated and carbed up when using the no2, shit, we already know when you are fully carbed up and hydrated you will get a good pump anyway! thats some pretty expensive advice...

Well, I think NO Explode and Superpump 250 are both very good products. I'm stronger when I take them, I have more energy and the pumps are great. And no it's NOT caffiene, that's just dumb. I've been working out since I was 15, I'm 32 now and I've used pretty much every pre-workout stimulant there is short of crack. I'm not susceptible to a placebo effect. Hell, I expected the stuff not to work when I took it, so it ain't placebo.

And saying a pump is a bad thing.....what the hell is that? That might be the dumbest thing I've read on any board yet. A pump is NOT a bad thing. The reason you HAVE pump is because of excess blood in the muscle, if you were cutting off the blood supply, why is there an excess of it? So, are we supposed to workout, but stop if we start getting pumped? That really is some dumb shit.:D The pump also stretches the fascia allowing for more growth. It's like a mild, natural seo. I mean, I really am amazed at the stupidity of that statement that a pump is bad. hahaha

I think the advertising of some NO products have just made ridiculous claims. I happen to like taking them because I feel much better recovery and endurance. The pumps are also huge which even though doesn't always mean more muscle I still enjoy. If people were just more honest with the benefits of NO and not claim some secret supplement I dont think many people would have a problem with it.
 
Just a word of caution. If you have a problem with hemroids you might not want to take NO supplements. All I can tell you is I took a NO for about a week and after one really disturbing trip to the john I quit taking them immediately and have had no problems since.

I think outside the box bro, let me explain...

a pump is not anywhere near the effect of an seo! seo's are in the muscle 24/7 for a few months (that will strech fascia) A pump will last for maybe an hr or 2, theres a big difference..

when are you the strongest in your workout? the start right, o.k. do you have a huge pump to start the workout? no! , you get weaker twords the end of a workout "for many reasons" including the pump!

the quicker the onset of your pump the quicker you will reach muscluar fatigue,this applies to every athlete bodybuilder, cyclist, runners, football, I mean think about it, a pump will hinder performance in all of these!

all the evidence shows that the more oxygen you get to the cells and the faster you clear out the waste products and toxins, the faster your cells can recover and the faster you can grow all of which a pump inhibits because it restricts blood flow

if it was good, then taking a bunch of salt, and creatine and anadrol would make everybody huge! but as soon as you are off you deflate back to nothing which proves those 'pumps' do nothing

Again, a pump is decreased circulation and increased cellular volume rife with lactic acid and other waste products unable to exit the cell as the cell cannot handle that new volume. Furthermore, if a cell is pumped and full of waste products with decreased circulation, then how are the AA's and glucose going to get into the cell for repair?

I was thinking about this today (dont ask me why i was thinking about you pissing pink out your wang:confused: ), did you perhaps make up or drink any of your NO while in your undies befor you trained? you could have spilled a few drops on you and not noticed till after your training....

if not I would really keep a close eye on your urine and make sure you are pissin clear, I had a kidney stone once that caused the most severe pain I have ever felt in my life! and mine broke up in my bladder so I didnt even have to piss it out... after that I make sure I am pissin clear by12:00 noon every day as to not have the same problem again.. ouch hurts just thinkin about it!
 
At first I thought I maybe I just spilled it, but since it was just two spots on the inside there's no way I could've spilled there LOL. So i'm just gonna chalk this up to some freak incident and let it rest since it hasn't happened again. Oh, and BTW I'm agreeing w/ everyone about NO Xplode being a waste. Frankly I don't like the pump I get from it. I prefer the pump I get from my gear better :cool:

I have had great experiences with NO. Well, to be quite honest only one brand of NO and I've tried several, even tried arganine by itself and didn't quite get the same effect.

The NO I took was not a "pre-workout" type supplement, but one you would take at regular intervals (2x/day) every day.

My workouts were better, I was stronger, had better endurance, and slightly more agressive as well. This was after switching brands several times after not experiencing anything so this was not a placebo effect.

If I'm not mistaken NO and caffeine should not be taken together as their effects would tend to cancel each other out.

Oh, and Muscle-tech is not to blame for the NO "craze". There were several other brands of NO out long before Pump-tech (which is shit, BTW) hit the market.

Well, a stretch of the fascia is a stretch of the fascia. Doesn't matter how long. I know it's not the same as injecting 3 cc's of oil and THEN getting a pump, but the fascia is still stretched slightly.

And I disagree about a pump hindering performance. A good pump is a sign that the body's biochemistry is in a good state. If what YOU'RE saying is true, then it would be best to train, carb depleted, sodium depleted and basically in a fasting state. If what you're saying is true, the best way to train would be when you are nutrient deprived so there is no pump. A pump is the result of an effective stimulus activating a muscle when the body is in a state CONDUCIVE to growth.

And holy shit, once again, a pump is the RESULT of GOOD BLOOD FLOW. You can't have an excess of blood in the muscle, if the blood supply is cut off. The pump is your body's way of SUPPLYING nutrients and oxygen to working muscles, not cutting off those things. Why the hell would evolution have made us that way?

And I don't know where you get your research, but good lord man, try to find something written by someone who's actually lifted weights.

I'm not a scientist, nor do I claim to be; but, for me, the better pumps I get, the better my gains are.

I know that gaining muscle is not "all about the pump", but I know what happens when I get great pumps. I gain better.

End of story. No study can refute that.
