Yes, I'm 100% serious. Day 1 I weighed 135.5lbs in the morning. (don't joke on my weight..I've had a pituitary tumor and LOW test so be easy).
I was on the Body Opus diet where you do low carb (ketosis) 5 days and a weekend 24 meal staged GI carbup. Normally I'd gain 12-15lbs over the weekend and lose all but 1/2lb by thursday...and be leaner than the previous week with a small muscle/strength gain. Due to the fact my doctor started me on TRT (test cyp/enth)...I decided to stop dieting and bulk. So I did one last carbup and gained my normal 12-15lbs......
The next week I spent on the EDGE of ketosis (30-40 carbs) but not in it...and started to lose some water. HOWEVER...that tuesday (before much water was lost...I took my first 200mg shot of test cypionate). THEN...I continued the 30-40g carbs daily til friday and did a much more mild weekend carbup of maybe half the carbs I normally do (ALL good quality..no crap). Well...I put on more weight but didn't weigh. Was holding some water visibly but abs still visible so I wasn't concerned. Well I hopped on the scale...and HOLY SH*T! I was 161lbs!!! I was like WTF!!! Yet..my muscles were full...pants still lose, and shirts tight. My workout a couple days before was amazing...went up in everything and pumps were AMAZING. ANY INPUT?
Summary:
Day 1: 135.5lbs
....2 carbups later and 6 days following 200mg cypionate shot....
Day 12: 161lbs
Gain = 25.5lbs
...slightly concerned b/c my face was puffy...but I lost 2.5lbs overnight and today my vascularity is coming back.
Edit....one more thing...my blood pressure was surprisingly 116/78 at the HIGHer weight...while the LOWer..it was 120/70.
