Yes, I'm 100% serious. Day 1 I weighed 135.5lbs in the morning. (don't joke on my weight..I've had a pituitary tumor and LOW test so be easy).

I was on the Body Opus diet where you do low carb (ketosis) 5 days and a weekend 24 meal staged GI carbup. Normally I'd gain 12-15lbs over the weekend and lose all but 1/2lb by thursday...and be leaner than the previous week with a small muscle/strength gain. Due to the fact my doctor started me on TRT (test cyp/enth)...I decided to stop dieting and bulk. So I did one last carbup and gained my normal 12-15lbs......

The next week I spent on the EDGE of ketosis (30-40 carbs) but not in it...and started to lose some water. HOWEVER...that tuesday (before much water was lost...I took my first 200mg shot of test cypionate). THEN...I continued the 30-40g carbs daily til friday and did a much more mild weekend carbup of maybe half the carbs I normally do (ALL good quality..no crap). Well...I put on more weight but didn't weigh. Was holding some water visibly but abs still visible so I wasn't concerned. Well I hopped on the scale...and HOLY SH*T! I was 161lbs!!! I was like WTF!!! Yet..my muscles were full...pants still lose, and shirts tight. My workout a couple days before was amazing...went up in everything and pumps were AMAZING. ANY INPUT?

Summary:
Day 1: 135.5lbs
....2 carbups later and 6 days following 200mg cypionate shot....
Day 12: 161lbs

Gain = 25.5lbs

...slightly concerned b/c my face was puffy...but I lost 2.5lbs overnight and today my vascularity is coming back.

Edit....one more thing...my blood pressure was surprisingly 116/78 at the HIGHer weight...while the LOWer..it was 120/70.
 
Yeah, Its all water weight. You regularly lose 10 to 12% of your body weight on your regular diet?

Its not muscle Bro. Ronnie cant grow muscle that fast.

And why in the world are near ketosis at 135 lbs of body weight?

What are you trying to accomplish?

I dont care who you are its very very very unhealthy to gain wieght that fast. Yes it is water wieght and your kidneys and heart are under a lot pressure dealing with all the extra fluid. My humble opinion lay off for a while.

I agree! You shouldn't be doing this to your body... That is way too much stress on your body... Dude just take it slow... If you are 135lbs, any good weight gain is gonna be significant and certainly noticeable...

Haha...you guys are acting like this was intentional! This was a complete accident! That's why I asked for input. I'm losing the water gradually....so I'm ok. Also...like I said...my blood pressure is fine...so my heart is fine.

I was just surprised about it. I've been working out for 7 years and my body has never acted like this.

I've kept my diet the same for the past 10 weeks but I just came off the CKD between carbups and did the cypionate shot. That's the only difference. I HAVE been "taking it slow". Yes..it IS significant. My muscles are so full I can barely pinch my skin (and it's still super thin). I haven't put on fat. This is all water/glycogen. And..pumps..>WOW.....off the charts.

i am wondering the same thing. if you weigh 135 lbs. why are you on such a diet? what weight are you trying to get down to?:confused: i can't imagine this would be healthy in your condition, but then again i'm no doctor so what do i know.
 
I think u replenish the sarcoplasm with glycogen/water

this kind of results don't stay long
 
In all honesty, I dont understand why someone at 135 lbs. would be on a diet like that at all. Maybe your goal is to stay lean, but if you were trying to put on some size you should never be near ketosis. Sorry if I misunderstood your goals, but that diet just doesn't seem to be good for anything except contest prep type goals.

Okay...my testosterone has been 51ng/dl for who knows how long..due to a tumor. Gaining muscle and losing fat in the past has been difficult unless I go to extremes (shock diets...low carb...huge amounts of cals). Now that I KNOW I have a deficiency and have started TRT...I'll be on a more sensible diet. However...during the crossover of starting TRT and getting off of this shock-diet...I ended up with this strange result.

I was 176lbs...very strong...nice build...but carrying too much fat. I'm 5' 6 1/2". I wanted to get lean so I took it to the extreme and went to far. Now I'm going to be more reasonable.
 
Just remember friend that only the RARE FEW can get large and stay lean at the same time. Very few.

Good news...I'm down 8lbs...and my vascularity is almost back to normal. So...I'm up 18lbs...very full muscles, face is no longer bloated...I'm feeling GREAT. Everyone has noticed my increase in size. Perhaps I'll keep it since my 2nd testosterone shot is in 4 days.

Either way,the amount of weight is not important (especially since this was not on purpose)...strength is way up...visibly I look great...so if I keep this 18lbs great...if I lose a little more water and keep 12-15...fine. Since visibly my water balance is almost back to normal, I should keep most of the remaining 18.

My main purpose of posting this was to see if anyone else had experienced a major gain like this as I've never heard of anything like it.

Interesting. Well....I've increased my water to 1.5gal/day instead of 1gal. I've just been REALLY thirsty.

I only have the pics from before I started. I was about the same weight as the pix I posted in another thread on here. (easy to find)...but imagine me with maybe 1% less bodyfat. As far as after pix...I haven't taken any. I'm now 8lbs lighter in the last 3 days so the water is dissipating and the pix wouldn't be the same. I may try to get some taken (no cam) though as I'm still 18lbs up.
