Ok, as many of you may or may not know, a crapload of stuff went down with me over the past year that forced me to layoff. I haven't been in the gym the entire time, so I need some advice. First, I definitely know not to jump back into supplements, I'm going to try and gain back as much as I can before going back to that, however, what I would like to hear some opinions on, is the actual workout factor. When I was at my peak, after experimenting with many different types of splits/routines, I followed a 5 day on, 2 day off routine, hitting each bodypart once a week, and that worked just awesome for me then, but starting over, what do you guys think a good plan to follow would be? I was thinking maybe a full body workout twice a week or so for a couple few weeks, then go to a 2 on 2 off, and so on and so on until I build back up to the 5 day thing. It's been so many years since I had to start from scratch, I'm really not sure...What do you think?
