Hi fellas. I know I haven't been around for a while, and Im still a rookie, but just wanted to give an update. I put up a thread a few months back about how I had lost my way in the gym. I started back about 6 weeks ago and well lets say it didn't go too well.
After training for 9 years straight, I fell completely off the wagon and took a year and half off due to personal problems and a partially torn ligament in my right shoulder. When I first started back, I tried picking up where I had left off. Yup, I should know better then to stroke the old ego, and I learned my lesson. After about 2 weeks, I took 3 more weeks off and started to get my journal going again. Logging everything I eat throughout the day. I started with light weight and higher reps and now 3 weeks later, my strength is starting to come back properly.
Im not on any gear, but have a nice little cache ready to go. What I decided to do is go with the "designer prohormones" and so far so good. I went with ALRI's Bad Ass Mass, Jungle Warfare, and Pro Anabol. Im staying with the bottle's recommended dosage and I must say guys, good stuff.
My shoulder still has a little pain in it, but nothing like it used to be. Im basically rehabbing it right now and taking my time and doing things the right way. Im not a competitor, but have been around the sport for the last 9 years. My closest friend was a National level NPC competitor for a while and I've trained a few times with a current IFBB Pro Female competitor. I will say this, she's the best leg partner I've ever trained with.
One thing I noticed when I first went back in was trying to do too much too soon, I couldn't eat after I was done. I've corrected this as well and the food is going in and out perfectly. There is one question I wanted to ask, and Im sure someone will have a good answer for me. When I get ready to start my next run, I am going to be adding my favorite oral, D-Bol into the mix. Now, I have 95 50mg tabs. I've used this dosage before I took my 18 month hiatus. I split the dosage into 25mgs at 9AM then 25mgs at 3PM. I tried doing this earlier this year, and I noticed I couldn't keep any chow down. What Im wanting to know is would it be OK to quarter the tabs and start out with just 12mgs a day for say, 2 weeks, then slowly acclimate my body to the DBol??? Also, if this works, would this low of dosage make me feel sick again??? Thanks fellas.
