hi guys,
don't know if this is actually the appropiate subforum but i figured i would get more responses here.
During winter time i want to stay away from AAS most of the time to allow my body to recover from the past steroid cycle. I will stay off gear until March next year.
Nevertheless i am taking HGH right now at 4IU EOD for fat loss purposes and overall well beeing, muscle preservation and keeping my conditioning (i am at 8% BF right now) without having to be too strict concerning my diet.
So far everything works out rather good. I have some wrist pain and slight numbness of my fingers during the night. I am taking 200mg Vitamin B6 which seems to help a bit. Fat loss seems to be very good also.
My question for the more expierenced GH and IGF-1 users (no theoretical input please):
Would you prefer IGF-1LR3 over HGH for fatloss / keeping conditioning and why. Can you atribute fatloss to IGF-1LR3 at all if used over a longer period?
