Good Experience with Liver Care

Just thought I'd share, when I was on just ManPower liver care and on Super-DMZ (20 SD + 20 DMZ per day) after 4 weeks my liver enzymes were 10-12x the upper normal limit, my doctor had to call an outside specialist because he was concerned.

Last 2 times I've tried Super-DMZ and MDrol and my liver enzymes were, amazingly, completely normal. These times I took 3 Liv52 pills per day and 2-3 generic Milk Thistle pills per day.

I thought this would be helpful for anyone having issues with orals. I was planning on never touching them again but now I'm not sure, considering the only bad part of my blood work was low HDL. With liver enzymes being fine I suppose one could continue with orals longer than the typical 4 weeks right? As far as I know that limitation only had to do with it harming your liver

You really just can't go wrong when it comes to selecting Liv 52. When I used to abuse orals, Liv 52 always help get my numbers looking great. Of course, I stopped using orals.

If there was just one product that I would recommend for liver health, it would be this supplement.

I have never heard Caber does anything for liver protection. I would like that it would overall be bad for the liver as well as other organs. Where did you hear this?

Wanna belive that I got some magic beans for sale.
In truth I still take liv 52,NAC,tudca, synthergine,essential forte N,
no orals ever, dont drink and my enzymes on are about 300 and 120
while on I dont think they do much but when I come off I clean up much faster. in approx. 4 weeks they are normal as opposed to 12 with out anything

As much as I've seen these studies, literally dozens of people I know have had improved liver health through herbal medicine.

It's not the stuff on Liv52, but here in Brazil we use boldo, abutua, acariçoba, agrião, alcaçuz, alfazema, artemísia, bardana, beldroega, borragem, carqueja, erva-tostão, fedegoso, jurubeba, losna, mulungu, carqueja, pariparoba, picão, alumã, dente-de-leão and they seem to work for many people and even doctors prescribe them.

Most of them can't be translated to English. Sorry.

So what in your opinion helps with lowering bad liver values? Are talking about every supplermnt mentioned in the thread?

I knew this was coming.

I can't say much. This is just plain observation from relatives and friends who maybe drank too much alcohol or ate too much through many years. Some of them had liver values tested by their doctors, others simply "felt better" after taking some of these herbs.

Some of these are recommended by local healers, shamans and stuff like that. You'll find infusions with "secret" combinations that simply say "liver" or "diabetes" hand written in plain labels. My father is diabetic and he used these to control his levels for many years.

The elders make the formulas and only teach them to their children and the tradition goes on. Usually people with African heritage who brought this info from their Continent many centuries ago. Anyway, this is how it looks like.

I'm confused. The thread title is good experience with liver care but if your levels were way high when using liver care how is that a good experience?
