This whole video is pointless, he was going off saying 54 and 18 you don’t need to donate blood but if your 58 and 19 or above you should probably donate blood. 54 and 18 are still normal ranges just the higher end. Most guys who have problems are in the 59,60s, are in the 19s for hemoglobin….

Take away if your outside of normal ranges donate blood

200mg = 4000FU. If I remember correctly Dante recommended that dose twice a day. I buy mine from bulk supplements in powder form so its been easier to dose at once per day. I take a little more than Dante recommended but i'd rather do that than donate blood. Romo mentioned tanking iron levels, it still recovering from mine.

To be clear, 100mg/2000FU gives the full effects of what specifically are we talking about? I could there maybe being some benefit of anti clotting.

However, the major study from 2022 used 10,800FU to get the following results. 1,062 participants in the study so it was well conducted.

“We found that nattokinase at a dose of 10,800 FU/day effectively managed the progression of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia with a significant improvement in the lipid profile. A significant reduction in the thickness of the carotid artery intima-media and the size of the carotid plaque was observed. The improvement rates ranged from 66.5% to 95.4%. They dosed it 3x daily. NK was found to be ineffective in lowering lipids and suppressing atherosclerosis progression at a dose of 3,600 FU/day. Me, personally, I eat 25g of natto daily and take 8000FU of nattokinase in top of that.
