I got totally stopped up last 2 wks and had to revise my diet .im on 350 gm pro and mod carbs low fat . carbs were ezekial / rice yams ect . i got things going after laxatives/ bowls of soupy oatmeal , bran cereal . it wasnt pretty . today im switching to soupy oatmeal w/ my protien . to get things flowing regular . i like oatmeal so im cool w/that . low carb hi pro causes trouble for me but i have to get this figured out . im doing a recomp and have had a few setbacks but wont let them get me . good luck and hope you feel better soon
