If you bitch about it hurting and itching, causing you physical discomfort I'm pretty sure some insurance will cover it.

...insurance will cover it if you can convince them its not from AAS use i believe. I would love to check into it..i think i have a touch of gyno but dont have health insurance since im PRN

I actually went to doctor yesterday complaining of lumps behind my nipples so he sent me to have a mammogram and an ultrasound. Of course I knew what the results would be as he told me it was gynocomastia. He asked me if I used roids and I told him no And he told me, "if it's nothing serious, we won't do anything about it, it's a fairly common thing for some men" and I was so bummed for a second. Then he went on to say, "unless it is something that is really bothering you, then we can go ahead and take it out." So I told him how much agony mentally it put me through, as they had been there since I was a teenager, and about how selfconscious it made me and how they actually painfully hurt. He told me that refer me to meet with the breast surgeon and get it removed. Halleilooya!! lol that was literally the happiest thing I've ever heard in a long long time... I know some of you guys that have this issue it can be a torturous thing, especially when your life consists of the constant pursuit of physical perfection. I think if you play your cards right with your doc, you could probably get this done as well.. Good luck to you guys..

All of the docs have before and afters on their websites. Scars are minimal with small incision beneath armpit and depending on severity at the nipple area as well. Some surgeons will just #%#ing gut you and leave you with an indentation cupped in at the nipple and others call if more of a chest sculpture --- so do your research. Dont expect perfection post surgery - symmetry is not guaranteed. Most people are not gonna have too many pics of before since it is not something you enjoy posing for. Just pay the money and go to the right surgeon - I would never just go to who my insurance made me use. That would be one of the worst mistakes one could make.

what type of doc? did you just tell your general practitioner?....my doctor (gen practitioner) is actually a client of mine, but i havent told her anything about my gyno yet. i am supposed to be setting up an appointment soon.
