I just had gyno surgery a week ago to remove breast tissue that was there naturally, not steroid related.
I wanna run a test cycle but Im very worried that the gyno will return. Is it possible that the gyno can return even after surgery given that the breat tissue was removed?

affraid so (in most cases)

It depends on what type of surgery you had done. In most cases the gland is contoured, but not completely removed. The gland is where the knot is located. So, unless you had the entire gland removed there is a possibilty that it'll come back. Most surgeons will not remove the whole gland because it'll leave an indentation.

Thanks that clears things up alot! The doc told me that he would not remove all of the breat tissue for the reason you outlined above so I guess it could come back.

One more question if you dont mind: When a person who does not have gyno naturally gets gyno from steroid use, does his pre-existing breat tissue enlarge or is new breat tissue made?

If the whole gland was not removed you can get gyno again. Use some Arimidex or Letrozole with Testosterone.
