I am laying in bed here. Sick...AGAIN. Picked up a flu bug from somewhere. Probably the gym. AND it probably is my own fault. I got behind on my sleep and continued to train hard. I saw the writing on the wall but ignored it.
Anyway, as you all know when you are sick, you're not very hungry. My question is: should I continue to eat as if I wasn't sick. Force feed myself in other words. In the past, I lose bout 7 lbs when I've had the flu or when I had Strep last month. Just didn't feel like eating. I gain and loose weight very easy but I wonder if the loss could be less if I ate more. I'm not super sick. A slight fever but mostly a lot of revolting snot at this point. Thanks!
