I just saw my neighbor today for the 1st time in a few months and she looked like a completely different person. She lost almost 50 pounds in a pretty short amount of time. I asked her how she did it and she said she was on the HCG diet???
 
I am sure she did look like a completely different person....thats what happens when you only eat 500 calories per day! Its starving yourself.

I did do a search, google and then pm. Pm didn't come up with anything when I did a search for 'hcg diet', I read all about the protocol on several web sites. Guess I could have mentioned that in my post......been a long day! Curious if anyone on here has tried it. Yes, my neighbor looks like she starved herself.

Surprised nothing came up on the board because I know I have commented a few times in the threads that it was being talked about.

I wouldnt suggest ANYONE going on any kind of diet that only allows you to take in 500 calories per day! That is just asking for all kinda health issues. Birds eat more calories then that per day. I dont remember any actual members of the board saying they have tried it but alot posted about knowing someone who has or who was going to.
 
The HCG diet. A great way to lose body fat and ALL your muscle! That has no place in bodybuilding.

It's amazing to me how dumb people are. I mean, is it really that easy to make money in this business?

I put out a supplement, print an ebook, have really nice glossy material, lots of "testimonials"... All based on the concept that, "eating less calories than one burns causes one to loose weight".....

It's amazing that otherwise intelligent people fall for this crap by the millions.
