I use it on female clients at the end if they need to lose a few faster.....I relaly need the clients to be honest with me if that are " natural" or not, and have had issues in the past with "liars" , hahahhahhahaa. For gods sakes, if you PAY someone to train you..........be honest

What type of loss in what period of time have you see in the women you had on it? Thanks.

15-20lbs in 21 days, and as high as 30lbs in 40 days.

Here is a link to the whole program at 500 cals. I say take this diet add one more meal for breakfast and your at 750 cals add one small snack and you will be at about 950 to 1000 and your at a cal of count that most women figure comps eat at. On top of this the HCG will help control the hungar and this may be an ok way to lose a few wanted extra pounds. Just eat right when your done with the program and you should be ok.

Sort of funny to hear people knock this maybe not so much hear but it does stir the pot but we have done so much worse to lose fat such as DNP, CNS supps, etc this actually looks healthier then what we would do most of the time when in a hurry

hcg on women,,,does it mess with their cycle at all?

bigman, i dont know if this is healthier than other things lol i guess its relative.

how do they feel in the brain with 500 cal walking around??? or is the body breaking down lots of fat and you are running on ketones?

I gave my wife her first injection today.

Her weight is 140lbs at 5'6". We took her measurements as well.

I have a lot of experience with very low calorie diets or protein-sparing modified fasts. I don't see the reasoning for HCG. Controlling hunger should not be an issue on a PSMF/VLCD after the third or fourth day. You will stop getting hungry all the time and you just sort of adapt. You'll feel dizzy and a bit lethargic but not hungry. I have lost 20 pounds in 20 days before with a VLCD. All natural too, with the exception of Yellow Haze from hernonspantry.com
