HCG diet

Okay so I dont believe it at all but....

My sister wants to do it and docs have a liquid oral form to take. She wants to lose 26 pounds. Um they said you lose that in 30 days but with a 500 calorie diet. Okay guys obviously this is totally stupid and it makes me laught. She wants to do it but they wanna charge 300 bucks because supposedly injectable HCG is expensive. Um not for bodybuilders hehe.

Anyways, can someone give me a good dose per week for her.
When im "on" I usually do 500ius every four days.

so you want her to do something that is proven to be bogus? at 500 cal daily she'll lose the weight on her own with heart range target cardio and stretching...

there is no converting oral hcg to injectable in terms of dosage either. I dont even see how the oral is absorbed in all honestly...hopefully someone on here knows someone whos tried it an can tell you the dose.

why not just spend 200 on a kit hgh and use 2-3iu 5 days on 2 days off...better results cheaper price than drs
