I read an article a couple of months ago about using a heating pad to spot reduce abs. The article said that when the heat is applied to the abs after an abdominal workout for 20 minutes, more nutrients will go to the site and more fat is burned in the area that has the heat on it. Just wondering if anyone has done this. I have just started and the only thing I notice is it feels kind of good to come home from the gym and put a heating pad on while I drink my protein shake and relax for 20 minutes! No other results yet tho.
