Hey everybody, need some seious help please. I pulled something in my weak side (right) rear delt a couple months ago and have been working very light after a short lay off from delt work. The problem is that there is a signifigant strength and size difference in left and right delts.

How would you bring up your right delt to par with left while being carefull not to injure it again?
Thanks if anybody can help out.

well

For me what works good on rear delts is lightweight with kness in the incline bench-belly against it. Like a reverse Fly.

STRATEGY

What I was looking for was more in the way of a strategy. What I think is that I'll just do maintenance work on compound movements that use both delts. Then get a little intense with some extra work for the right to bring it up to par with the left and end this unbalance. (As in single arm db presses)

Anyone with a better way?
