meal 1 700 am, 8 egg whites, Oatmeal
meal 2 1000 am, 8 oz fish or chicken with brown rice
meal 3 100 pm same as meal 2
meal 4 400 pm 8oz lean beef, Should i eat carbs here.
meal 5 700 pm same as meal 2 and 3
meal 6 10pm Whey shake before bed.
how much brown rice? is it usually fish or usually chicken? if it's chicken, then your fats look REALLY low. how long have you been doing this? I can't tell many carbs your eating but if it's less than 100, fat as well as muscle will probably come off quickly.
