Henry just turned pro at MIDDLEWEIGHT. He looks like he fuckin packed on 40lbs of muscle, jeeeeze. Hes US military if im not mistaken, i think hes gonna have a very bright future in the IFBB. GENETICS.

Arntz has an UNBELIEVABLE X frame. Shoulders wide as living hell, decently narrow waist, and then back out with that amazing sweep. These guys are gonna suprise if they hit their conditioning on the head.

Yeah, Henry turned pro with like 5 other guys so I think he was over looked since he was only a middle, and was not a big name. He plans to compete at 190-195 this year and then move up to the 225 stage weight over the next 2 years. He could be another guy like D Charles, or Anthony but bigger.

I think Arntz is puting things together, but has gone to far with the synth in his shoulders.

That sweep is unbelievable! If only I had that.... "I would be a pro already" J/K lol.
The Henry fellow knows his diet from the looks of things. Hard to believe how a pic makes them appear so huge. Noone would have guessed him a MW.

He is probally 200lb in that pic. I think he will come down to 195lbs. I think he is very very short to. Looks like he is carrying just as much muscle as everyone else. hope he does well.

I saw Henry compete in the middlewieghts at the USA in 2002 and I cannot believe how much muscle mass he has put on--I believe homonucleus on this board helps with with his diet---Well Im off to the Pro Ironman--Ill give you guys a report as I saw it when I come back as Im right behind the judges

I remember this kid when he was 15 vacationing in Bradley Beach N.J. he trained with todd king brother of pro jeff king and jason looked better than half of us at 15 then we look now(we i'll speak for myself)but this guy was a phenom then(you don't have striated hams when your a kid that is 15-16 and big and cut to boot)my gym is a great place i see rich gaspari,kim klein and then i see the ham and egger and the half a wannabe parent (yours truely)do youself a favor and look up jeff king his neck started at his fore head. rb
