I was doing dropsets and wrote a check my ass couldn't cash. I jumped from 315 to 365 and strained my back. I figured I was out for a couple weeks and I can do deads and squat again but I still feel like I got kicked in the balls. No joke. Just like a nutshot.Could I have herniated the muscle somwhere like deeper or inside and not gotten a hernia? I'm not familiar with hernias but it has been four weeks I if I sit straight up I feel like I got kicked. It doesn't hurt allthe time, just when I sit up of sit up and lean forward.
