Slin 2-3iu every Sunday evening at 6:30pm then 9:30pm - Not going to sleep till 12:30am on Sunday. So I should wake up close to Keto or by lunch monday.
Goal 7 - 9% BF Which is good for me!
Diet is 1800 - 2600 calories per day Ketogenic Diet. Sunday will be prolly closer to 4000k for that one day.
Weights 5 days a week and cardio 4 days increasing to 6 days. Since I am Keto.. I will start out at 20mins increasing up to 1 hour and low intensity.
I will do a 24hour carb up weekly starting at 6pm Sat. evening untill 6pm Sunday evening.
Of course then PCT.. then slowly getting carbs up to 150 daily as I come off, then cycle carbs every other day.
What do you guys think? Does this look pretty good? Would you guys change anything with it? I figured this was the quickest way to loose bodyfat and keep muscle maybe even gain a pound or two. Thanks for anyones input... I have gotten that low of BF in years.
