Would their be any benefits to this? Yes, I'm somebody who always wants to be on "something", I will admit that. Amidst this, I still cycle properly and do bloodwork before I get back on cycle. I know HGH will not create much mass, probably zero at that small of a dose too. I just want to know if their would be any positive properties to that dose at my age; stay a little more vascular, fat loss, etc??

At least I'm not asking if I can cruise on anavar or dbol between cycles :rolleyes:
 
They say between 2-4ius is for fat burning 4ius and up is for mass. You would have to do it for a while though. Everything I have read and everyone I have talked to said to run gh for at least 6 months.
 
Yes, of course there are benefits to it. I'm also 24 and I've seen a considerable amount of fat loss since I started GH. Oh and what's wrong with taking a low dose of anavar as a bridge between cycles? I don't know why you through that in there, but since you brought it up enlighten me.
 
ballennonstop did you change your diet? Up your cardio? What differently did you do while on the gh for the fat loss? Also how long were you on? Did you go daily, every other day or 5 on 2 off?

Fair enough. I guess cause if bridging with anything is brought up by people with low posts and are young, it's usually just guys that have been around here for a long explaining how it's a stupid idea to do because you will still stay shut down while your supposed to be recovering which defeats the purpose of PCT. Because most of the time I see the question asked around the regular board, it's people asking if they can run anavar during PCT. I've never really seen the idea brought up in a positive light by anybody. So I threw it in their cause I guess I thought it was a preemptive measure to possible flames for an HGH question at 24 which turned out to be a stupid idea lol. Clearly my post count is low but I've read this forum since I joined years ago and that comment was only based off of everything I've read. If you've used low dose anavar to bridge, I'd love to hear your experience on it though and how it effects you. Because I truly have no experience with it as a bridge besides the recommendations I've seen not to, I'd like to hear a positive side too though.

As for the HGH, I wasn't planning on running it any less than 6 months, I'd liker to run it up to a year ideally. I've read some people say to take a few months off after while but I don't think you actually need to do so, I don't believe your body ever necessarily "gets use to" GH as it does AAS. I know even 1i.u / day will give anti aging benefits and 2-3 / day will promote fat loss and keep more of an "edge" to your look, I just wasn't sure if at 24, these effects would too prominent.

Ballen, how many i.u / day do take and how long before you started to notice a difference in your physique. Like I previously said too, I'd like to hear your opinion on var bridging and clearly you know more about that than I do so that sparks my curiosity.

Id be curious to know your routine as well. I am looking at a low and slow gh cycle just to add that extra "edge" so fat loss is exactly what I want
 
i was reading earlier, that for younger kids(aka 24), that people were recommending high dosages pwo of hgh vs low dose every day. i was just bored at work, so i browsed it today. so i dont have really any knowledge in the subject, just curious :p
 
at that dose man, your better of running some eca or somethign will save you a lot more money. Unless you can bump it up to 5ius+ ed. I am 25 I have ran gh for a bit and I will say its better to just save it till you hit 30 and just run cycles. You will get a lot more results off a simple 500mg test c 1-12wks with pct.
 
4iu ed for fat loss. 8-10 and you will get rowdy as long as you are taking in a lot of protein
 
gotta start somewhere, and 2-3 isnt a bad place to start. just move up if you want more results and can handle the sides imo.

2-4 ius is for fat burn.
4+ is building
i advise you go 6+ for mass building.
