Several months ago I was having some major carpel tunnel side effects from running 3.3iu GH/day, and one user recommended taking non-flush(time-release) niacin. I did, and it helped at the time.
After 5 months off GH, I have started up again using the non-flush niacin at 500mg-1000mg daily, combined with a primo,EQ,var cycle, and I have not had ANY carpel sides at all. It really seems that I have avoided these side effects with this simple vitamin supplement. I highly recommend trying it if you are having any carpel tunnel or wrist/finger tingling side effects from your GH.
