Yas 4 weeks out,
I start my diet 16 weeks before the show 6.500 cals to 4.900 cals 600 gr protein to the 12 week
+ 12 to 8 weeks 3.600 cals 500 gr protein, 300 carbs simple and complex.
+ 8 to 4 weeks 2900 clas 400 gr protein 200 gr carbs (only 30 gr from simple)
+ week 4 start cycling carbs from 100 gr to 300 gr. protein stay in 400 gr.
I am looking very good a little deplete but hard an lean.
The line of the Ironman is like the Olympia whithout Ronnie,Jay and Gunter, is going to be a huge show, i am glad just to be part of this and enjoy, i am doing mybest to look great and maybe get a little contract this year.
I will go to San francisco Pro, Shawns Rays Pro, and Night of Campioons for a total of 4 competitions in 2006.
I am enjoying every day and moment with my trainer, my trainer partner, my wife, my gym.
