meal 1- 1 liter Code red
meal 2- chicken/pasta
meal 3- chicken burritos
meal 4- chiken/ pasta
meal 5- large bag of sour skittles w/ the other liter of code red
meal 6- protein drink.
wait a minute...that's my current diet. However I do have one cheat meal once a week of pizza.LOL
