Homemade Liquid BCAA

Trying to figure out how to make liquid BCAA homemade (since I poor!).

I am thinking

100g BCAA
1 cup glycerol (for better hydration/nitric reaction)
1 cup water
2 scoops crystal light orange (flavor duh)
citric acid (for mixability)
ascorbic acid (for vitamin C)

Basically want a jug kinda like the LBAs that I can sip on during the day. I even contemplating adding some knox gelatine unflavored to the mix to thicken it into a syrup.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

100g/Day? Wow! Not bad "wow!"... just, "wow!" hahaha- I used to sip 20-30 grams during my workout.

The only thing I can add is that the knox gelatin might clump up.

Have you priced it out? Would it be cheaper than just sipping on LBA's?

no not 100g a day!!! hehe

I take 100g whey protein everyday...I am planning to use 10g right when I wake up and then 10g before and 10g after lifting (3x/week lifting).

I got a half kilo of BCAA's for 25 dollars.

I dont think LBAs are a very safe product imo. There have been some studies linking gelatin protein to protein deficits. This is because the gelatin can block intestinal absorption of proteins.

I'd rather stick with whey and BCAAs.
