Trying to figure out how to make liquid BCAA homemade (since I poor!).
I am thinking
100g BCAA
1 cup glycerol (for better hydration/nitric reaction)
1 cup water
2 scoops crystal light orange (flavor duh)
citric acid (for mixability)
ascorbic acid (for vitamin C)
Basically want a jug kinda like the LBAs that I can sip on during the day. I even contemplating adding some knox gelatine unflavored to the mix to thicken it into a syrup.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
