i am thinkin of running this stack for my winter bulking
i am 6'3" 220 and 15 percent bf, i need to gain 20 more lbs by march 12th to get ready for competition in june
700mg test split twice a week
200mg of deca split twice a week
200mg equipose split twice a week
weeks 1 to 6 25mg of oxymetholone twice a day ed
weeks 4 to 10 winstrols 25mg twice a day ed
after workouts pinnin mgf and 30 mins later pinnin 20mcgs of igf
if non workout day pinnin same way but in the morning
my diet is always 5000 to 6000 depending on training day or non workout day
never ever less, always 300g of protein
training split is 5 on 2 off
monday back and abs
tuesday legs
wednesday chest and abs
thursday arms
friday shoulders
