i am thinkin of running this stack for my winter bulking
i am 6'3" 220 and 15 percent bf, i need to gain 20 more lbs by march 12th to get ready for competition in june

700mg test split twice a week
200mg of deca split twice a week
200mg equipose split twice a week
weeks 1 to 6 25mg of oxymetholone twice a day ed
weeks 4 to 10 winstrols 25mg twice a day ed
after workouts pinnin mgf and 30 mins later pinnin 20mcgs of igf
if non workout day pinnin same way but in the morning

my diet is always 5000 to 6000 depending on training day or non workout day
never ever less, always 300g of protein

training split is 5 on 2 off
monday back and abs
tuesday legs
wednesday chest and abs
thursday arms
friday shoulders
 
1500+ mg a week???

Sounds like overkill and WAY too much.

Alright,you got the mgf (if its pegmgf)-not right there,you suppose to take mgf 24-hours before you do the igf(immediatly post-workout)and only 3-days a week at 250mcg.(pegmgf) at a time.AGAIN-if its mgf and not pegmgf-you ok.igf dose suppose to be 50-60mcg. post workout only and again 3-times a week.now back to the AAS ,take either deca or eq,both at the same time....i dont know about that(they kind of from the same family but deca is far more anabolic than eq),test looks fine,anadrol no more than 5-weeks especially when adding oral winny(both are 17a drugs-harsh on your liver),the winstrol dose looks good also.

I'll give you my honest opinion. I do not know how old you are or how many cycles you have done but, that is too much gear! You may be eating 5000-6000 cals per day but it will be the compostion that is letting you down. For example, protein is not high enough! 450-500 p/day. You only have 1200 cals comng from protein. This means your carb intake is very high! at 6'3" and only 220 with 15% bf you need to cut out some carbs and replace with protein.
 
i agree with oldfella,but im not sure if you doing 1400mg. of test a week or just 700mg. a week(which is ok then).
 
damn bro thats a lot of gear. I think you could easilly gain 20 lbs. by march with just 500mgs. of test a week and a good diet.
 
its only 700 a week total split twice sunday and wednesday, .5 cc of test e and .5 of sus each day, i was plannin on using the peg mgf and igf, i had read several diff way they were takin it was just chose one, but what if i go mon wed and fri at 40mcg of igf into worked muscle, and how and when should i take the peg mgf and what dosage would be compatible with the igf, i will cut the oxy to 5 weeks also

i will also cut out the eq out when i say 300g i am never less than 300g its usually 400 and upwards but if i am busy with my job i still intake 300 on my worst day, my carbs are mainly oatmeal, potatoes and rice, my fats are in my meat, milk, cheese and from my omegas i supplement in, i say 15% but i only have fat on my midsection really right now cuz my chest has gotten leaner and veins are out and veins in my legs a comin out, i didnt use a body fat calipers i just was guessin by what one of those electronic pulse machines says but i think they are off, i am a ultra mega hardgainer, i eat fairly clean i have my cheat day but they are rare, i can lose weight for the show in the 12 weeks i have set out but i just need the weight so i dont like small for my height and get my butt spanked in this show
 
I leave it to the experts on the gear stuff as I'm just baby in that department. Regarding workout, I try to work the from the inside out or big to small. Maybe consider switching to Shoulders on Thrusday and Arms on Friday so your shoulders don't suffer because arms are stressed from day before.
 
6'3 220 is not a very big individual, I think there are some underlying problems with your approach to building muscle that drugs arent gonna help, but the best of luck to ya.
 
ok thats a good idea swappin my arms and shoulders i see that as a good idea, i can cut the gear down if you all think its way to much, but i was just puttin it in the zones that others have recorded the most success at, but i still want to know how exactly the peg mgf and igf need to be pinned and where
 
Test 500-700mg
Deca or EQ 400mg

Drop everything else, up the protein.
