how fast do u lose gains

it seems if i dont workout for a few weeks, i lose almost all the size i gained for the last few months. is that normal, or just me?
 
Do you lose muscle or just the hardness?
Hows your diet?
 
If you're not in a post steroid cycle period (in which this is to be expected), I'd say a lot of what you think you gained is fluid rather than 'real muscle'. The larger you are the more this distorts your judgement of what you really have obviously.

I'm not going to say 'real muscle' stays with you indefinitely if you stop training but you should be able to keep what you really have for at least 2 weeks :D
 
One thing I've learned from AAS, when you go off, you stay on your diet and training as if you were on and keep pushing yourself to the max. Stopping training abruptly will definitely cause you to lose some gains. I suppose it also depends on what your cycle was. You gotta keep pushing bro once you go off and those gains will remain. Keep lifting like a motherfucker and follow a diet that will support those gains.
