How i would propose a cycle for critique

age - 29

training - (anything can go here) Phil hernon, hight intensity, low volume heavy weight,dc 5x5, west side. each muscle is re trained every 5 days or so.
example lifts- decline 425 x 7, squat 365 x 12, etc.....

diet - minimum 500g pro, all clean foods, chicken, fish...etc, 190 g healthy fat, 380g carbs. each meal broken down into this following macro profile.
60%p, 30%carb, 10%fat..(this is just an example its not accurate at all!!!)

training history - 5 yrs consistant including diet.- 30 lbs lean mass gained.

cycle histroy - 2 cycles both 10 wks @ 250 mg test e per week, clomin at 40,40,40,20,20,10mg for pct. no gyno or crash post cycle.

proposed cycle - 8 wks test p @ 100mg EOD. nolva on hand in case of gyno.
last 3 weeks hcg 250iu e3d.

pct same as first cycle..


any suggestions?

it seems most arent willing to write up all their info. someone proposes a cycle and you ask for stats and history, then they dont post any more...probably from fear of being flamed for shatty diet and training.

Personally i would rather be flamed and pointed in the right direction THAN to take the gear and waste my money and possibly endanger my health because i allowed my pride to get in the way. This is my 2 cents though, i think tkav has put together one great template and anyone asking for a cycle critique should use something siumilar

I think HCG should be ran from the get go of the cycle.. 250IU E3D is fine.. PCT is fine...

I think first cycle for anyone should be one compound.. Personally some good compounds to run by themself are:

Anavar
Test
Primobolan

for anyone who isnt getting this...THATS NOT AN ACTUAL CYCLE IM PROPOSING...ITS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PROPOSE ONE FOR CRITIQUE...WITH ALL THE INFO NECESSARY TO DO SO. THIS WAY IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ANYWHERE IN IT, IT CAN EASILY BE SPOTTED AND ELIMINATED. OK WANT MY NEXT ONE, HERE GOES.

training and training history - tained under phil hernon, going to switch to dc. ...training 10 yrs consistantly 60lbs lean mass gained.
example lifts - decline 425 x 8 , close grip 315 x 10, dips bw +210lbs , squat 365 x 12,
diet -
i wake up 10 am
12 eggwhites cup oats
11:30 shake + oats + creatine
12 train
1 pm PWO shake WPI in Grape juice + creatine
2 pm 10 oz flank steak steamed veggies
4 pm 12 0s chkn or fish 1 cup brown rice
6:30 12 oz lean ground beef & salad
8 :30 Shake + oats

10:30 pm chicken or fish with olive oil and salad or veg

12:30 WPI shake in water with olive oil.

all shakes were changed to 50g WPi 30G caesin.

also at around 5 am im starving to i premix more WPI/caesin and just pound it down in the middle of the night.

cycle history - multiple cycles some over 1 g a week combined compounds. most recent ended in april, was 500mg/wk test e, for 16 weeks, total weight gain was 11lbs, since last cycle ive gained 3 lbs.

proposed cycle.
wk 1-12 test e @ 750mg/wk
wk 1-10 deca @ 400mg/wk (mostly for joints.
hcg thruought @250 IU E3D
Nolva at 10 mg/day thruought(deca givess me gyno, and this always worked to keep it off)
pct will be 6 weeks starting 2 weeks after last shot
pct - clomid at 50,50,40,40,20,10

post pct bloodwork and if evetything checks out ok another blast at same doseages until those doseges stop producing results then the test will be bumped by 100mg/wk.

Hey man.. You asked for suggestions... so i threw mine out there..

For your most recent diet.. I would switch your 2PM and 4PM meals.. I would want to keep my carb intake up for my meal after PWO shake.. Then my next meal could be protein and veggies...

the second proposed cycle i put up is really how im going to do it with minor changes in diet, basically switching out 2 meals. bigguns and scottMcD both suggested the same change in my outlined diet. anyway....figured it would be good to keep in the beginners forum as an example...that way if you had to change something in my cycle or diet or training it would be easy to spot a problem. id like to see people proposing a cycle to take the time to type out everything so they get accurate feedback. i like bigguns advice on the diet...i knew researching something new id miss something.
