Blood work like others say or wait it out. I've used some hcg last time I crashed my estrogen. Not saying doing that but it worked for me

mine went from 52 using bunk down to 8 when i used the real thing.
my jerkoff schedule went from 2-3 a day down to once if i forced myself.
took a few weeks to get it back to the low 20's.

Come of the AROMASIN and use 10-20mg NOLVADEX daily instead.
