How long does it take to drop the water from hgh ?

I have a photo shoot coming about and I'm holding water from the hgh,how many days before would you suggest I drop it

On a serious note... For me it is only a few days. But you would be better of stopping as early as possible. Running the GH for an extra 3 days or what not really will not make a huge difference in the grand scheme.

I would drop it 10 days out, you most likely will have lost most of it by day 5-6. The extra days are more of an insurance.

I takes me about a week to lose the water. For the OP I would suggest 10 days just to be safe.

I always do 10 days out from comp just to be sure. Seems most of the time it's gone within 5 days.
