for me i try to get to the gym and start it within 45min, but sometimes i end up doing somthing before i go and can be like more than a hour, we know the sooner the better, but how long is too late?

I want my damn first meal so bad when I am prepping!
Well I aint going nowhere before Ive had my coffee and I like to enjoy my coffee if you know what I mean
Not to stray too far off topic or appear to be more
ignorant than I already am but . . . why anybody
would do any physical activity on a empty stomach
is beyond me.
Especially endurance, and especially in the morning
when you have gone the longest without eating.
Do people really think that exercising in a "starved"
condition is beneficial? I believe that when you do this
your body responds by slowing down it's metabolism
to conserve energy because it does not know when the
food will arrive.
This may seem counter intuitive to some but you must
eat to loose weight. Eat before exercising and eat with-
in the first hour of getting up.
