Just wondering how often people take an entire week off of all training to just relax and let there bodies recover? I train every workout as if it's going to be my last and try to take a week off once every 3 months.
Almost never - and I probably should.
Thing is a REALLY enjoy training.
I do try to de-load about once every 8 weeks, but often find I cannot hold back as much as I should.
