Just wondering how often people take an entire week off of all training to just relax and let there bodies recover? I train every workout as if it's going to be my last and try to take a week off once every 3 months.

I try to listen to my body, when I start feeling fatigue and I find myself in the gym for the sake of being their I take a week off. Funny how a week off can mend muscles and at the end of the week I am dying to get back into the gym.
Same w/ me... I cant remember the last time i took even a cpl days off. I know I am probably hindering gains a bit but I cant wait to hit it... I cant sleep the night b4 deads or squats.. too pumped to try and set a new PR. sick bunch of fools we are haha
