How you calculate your macros

First, I never stated this makes or breaks it. It's a matter of logic and common sense.
You apparently fail to realize the difference between “because of“ and “in spite of“, so any further clarification would be useless.

This “plenty of coaches do this and that“ got old man. Tip: if your coach tells you to wipe your butt with a cactus leaf, it's not necessarily the sweet word of the gospel as you ALWAYS believe.
This wild card used to legitimate any and every nonsense is laughable.

For once, feel free not to reply and make things worse (I know it's mere wishful thinking, you LOVE to argue for the sake of arguing).
Wow I guess my post really rubbed you the wrong way, my point in using bodybuilding coaches is because bodybuilders diet to the most extreme of any other so called sport, they reach very low unhealthy levels of bodyfat for a contest, so they are the most EXTREME of the dieting spectrum and if they can dial down to single level bodyfat at 260lbs plus of muscle with using either method I guess they are both accurate enough to really dial in the diet. (THE COACH IS THE ONE DIALING IN THE DIET FOR A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN 2023)
I myself have prepped myself several times and won a pro card prepping myself 😉

Only thing I weigh cooked is rice. I don't think matters much either way as long as you are consistent in your method.

I use myfitnesspal as well.
Every vet on the board agrees with this statement ^^^^^
 
My simple thinking is the nutritional label
On the food is intending for it to be cooked if it’s raw meat or chicken.

Sorry guys but this whole thing makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
It's not like you're sparing time that way, you still put the damn thing on the scale anyway and just insist on doing it loosely by principle.
Not that I actually give two f#cks, buy the total lack of common sense is concerning.
If I bake my chicken at the same temp, for the same time, I doubt the variance is any different than from bird to bird and weight it raw. Raw is packed in fluid. How much saline fluid is injected and packed in can vary. So just weighting it raw isn't going to be more exact.

Such a newb….my OCD called them YEARS ago. Probably like 4 years ago. Lol

They said about 30-40 calories a bottle would be a good number to use

It's irrelevant. This is the bullshit guys fixate on that prevents progress.

If a few servings of Walden Farms a day prevents you from reaching your physique goals then you have no clue what you're doing.
