Wow I guess my post really rubbed you the wrong way, my point in using bodybuilding coaches is because bodybuilders diet to the most extreme of any other so called sport, they reach very low unhealthy levels of bodyfat for a contest, so they are the most EXTREME of the dieting spectrum and if they can dial down to single level bodyfat at 260lbs plus of muscle with using either method I guess they are both accurate enough to really dial in the diet. (THE COACH IS THE ONE DIALING IN THE DIET FOR A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN 2023)First, I never stated this makes or breaks it. It's a matter of logic and common sense.
You apparently fail to realize the difference between “because of“ and “in spite of“, so any further clarification would be useless.
This “plenty of coaches do this and that“ got old man. Tip: if your coach tells you to wipe your butt with a cactus leaf, it's not necessarily the sweet word of the gospel as you ALWAYS believe.
This wild card used to legitimate any and every nonsense is laughable.
For once, feel free not to reply and make things worse (I know it's mere wishful thinking, you LOVE to argue for the sake of arguing).
I myself have prepped myself several times and won a pro card prepping myself
