HRT feels good...works like shit. Read on-

Ive been off cycle, and on HRT (1amp per wk) for 3wks. I do short acting esters near the end, so clearance is quicker. The bad part-my strength sucks, and I feel small. Cut up OK though.

The good part-I feel great again. Sleep like a rock, no insomnia. No Acid Reflux (stomach-heartburn) problems as from orals. Sex drive nice and good. Fell very hapy and sastified (except for lost strength, training).

I have an observation. Everyone seems to relate that pure androgens will raise sex drive, alter mood. I was on masterone, halo, proviron, and a small amount of test at end of cycle. It worked looks wise. But zero sex drive. But I was moody and snappy bigtime. Also could have been that it was the last 1/3of a 15wk cycle and my sex drive and HPTA was shit already-but youd think the purer androgens would bring the androgenic sides up at least. Now Im off all that and only on the low dose HRT as said (straight test) Im nice and balanced. My conclusion:
sex drive and libido (and all the positive mood 'happy-not snappy' enhancing effects of test) are more positivly affected when the TI (Theraputic Index) is 100-100; being the androgenic-anabolic ratio of straight Testosterone. Although androgens are responsible for the secondary sex-characteristics, I believe your body seeks the 1-1 balance that is endogenious testosterone provides, as opposed to a straight or strong androgen with less anabolic ratio.

Any thoughts; experiences?

Could be due to a lot of things but one is LACK of estrogen due to only using non-aromatizing androgens. Some estrogen is very important for male libido.

Well I cant speak personally on a test only cycle as I havent ever done just test but I can tell you from personal experience that after about 8 weeks I start to lose my sex drive no matter how much test I am using. I lost alot of sex drive on 1200mgs od QV test enanthate and 600mgs of denkall ultragan. I also had zero sex drive on my last cutting cycle in 2003 when it was test, tren, primo, and winny. I mena dont get me wrong I could get it up but it wasnt as frequent nor as hard as it was before. Now I have been relatively clean for 2 years and its much better but still nothing like it was.

Mav if you did HRT doses of test (250mg wk) youd be amazed at the improvment. Even as a bridge right off a cycle where you lost your libido.
I also use clomid EOD.

I know a fella who does just exactly that...only no clomid.

He tends to cry at comercials when using clomid. And I ask you....what good is an erection if you are all teary eyed? Thats just a tad too sensitive! lol...
