well, just had bloodwork done after 5wks on HCG 400iu/2x week

total test....unchanged at 28.9pmol (10-28)...so 804ng/dl
estradiol E2 UP from 126pmol to 241... so, 66 ref 0-59
DHEAS... 4.6umol/L ref 2.8-12.8
prolactin up from 13.8 to 20.3ug/L ref 2.5-13
LH and FSH both <1
HCG up to 7.0, range 0-2.5iu/L

the nurse said stress also raises prolactin????

so, i see the specialist tomorrow, if anything, since the E2 is over the limit, increased odds of an AI....

ps, the SHBG, calc bio test were not back, but last time the bio-t was almost double the norm

Cabergoline at .5mg 2x per week will get your prolactin down. How much test are you using?
Also you dhea looks a bit low which is pretty common with most hrt patients. Try taking 50mg time released dhea in the morning and 50mg in the evening until your next bloodtest. It will probably put you in a better range.

150mg of test a week.. SWALE says 25mg DHEA 2x day is usually the limit...need a script in canada tho...not sure if its worth the bother,, i just got shot down on arimidex, wants proof estrogen causes cancer in males....arrrg
