Yea i have been helping him with his delts and biceps and triceps....his triceps especially to me have looked like they have gone up to 2 whole new levels.

Kevin Dehaven his prep guy does very good work...i have no doubt about that guy at all....he has taken in some of my other guys (jason Wojo among others) in shows and they were peeled.

Wojo, is he still aroud in the bbdn scene, how's he doing?

He is entrenched in real estate over on the east coast and flipping houses. He might make a run for the Nationals next year but is still deciding....he is doing very well flipping houses and loves it so I think bbing has taken a definite backstep for him.
He is in musclemag Intl all the time though...they always use his pics for features.
