It looks like he made a lot of progress
I saw him post a few weeks back online and he said he was the heaviest he’s ever been.It looks like he made a lot of progress
certainly one of the factors was fixing the intestinal and digestive problems he had, in the past 5/6 meals, 3/4 were cereal and protein shakes, not the best for a professional like himIt looks like he made a lot of progress
Maybe broke up with toxic woman.I'm always curious as to what these already accomplished pros do when they make a sudden leap of progress like this.
Is it as simple as "upping the dose"?
A change of training style?
Or is it that a bodybuilder with elite genetics suddenly starts doing things the "right way"? Training harder. Eating real food (a knock against Hunter in the past was that he largely drank all of his calories). Stopping a partying lifestyle. Stopping eating off plan (like Wheeler was known to do).
Hunter's recent progress.
Jay from '08 to '09.
Gunter from '01 to '02.
Heck, even Dorian from '92 to '93.
Seriously, what happens?
You don't realize how many professionals skip meals, training or even skip injections, and suddenly something happens that motivates them to do everything 100% and suddenly there's a BIG BOOM.I'm always curious as to what these already accomplished pros do when they make a sudden leap of progress like this.

How often do you see this with your coaching? Clearly the genetic freaks have some wiggle room, but it always amazes me what happens when someone like that is truly dialed in.You don't realize how many professionals skip meals, training or even skip injections, and suddenly something happens that motivates them to do everything 100% and suddenly there's a BIG BOOM.
the rule is - the more genetically gifted a guy is, the less work ethic he hasHow often do you see this with your coaching? Clearly the genetic freaks have some wiggle room, but it always amazes me what happens when someone like that is truly dialed in.
he didn't tag it so I guess notIs he still being coached by Chow?
Being from Brasil and watch Rafael closely... i can attest it, whenever the pro's really lock in and stop messing around they blow up, its not about dosages nor a different training stylethe rule is - the more genetically gifted a guy is, the less work ethic he has
The guys who make the best progress with me are paradoxically guys with average genetics but great work ethic, e.g. @TeaMan , Maik, Bartek czy jeszcze kilku innych
Didn't Hunter switch to eating whole healthier food about a year ago?I'm always curious as to what these already accomplished pros do when they make a sudden leap of progress like this.

Yes he does which in my opinion definitely make a difference but hunter is just a beast and the biggest difference in he’s case is the time I guess. He’s just matured and continues to work hard > with a way better approach to eating .Didn't Hunter switch to eating whole healthier food about a year ago?
I heard he changed the timing of his ghI'm always curious as to what these already accomplished pros do when they make a sudden leap of progress like this.

Is he still being coached by Chow?
It’s so hard not to get filled up with anger and bitterness, knowing this. These guys with .001% genes just waste them… SO much F them! You don't realize how many professionals skip meals, training or even skip injections, and suddenly something happens that motivates them to do everything 100% and suddenly there's a BIG BOOM.

he didn't tag it so I guess not
Hunter Labrada is still being coached by Ben Chow - Chow posted his latest update two days ago and included his contact info for coaching - https://www.instagram.com/squatlikechow/p/C5DiRR_ODAv/?hl=enIn his recent YouTube videos he names Ben as his couch so yeah
If it's any consolation there are plenty of guys like me with shit genetics who skip meals, training, injections, on occasion too. It’s so hard not to get filled up with anger and bitterness, knowing this. These guys with .001% genes just waste them… SO much F them!
