I had a herniated disc L4/L5 and a cyst on my S1 that needed to be drained and I took 6 months off from all lifting and basiclly all activity. I am healthy enough to start back up, was well enough about 2 months ago but anyways I finally started back late last week. I know better then to over do it(I thought). After 3 days of lifting my whole body aches but my Biceps are so sore I can not move my arms, just to touch it makes me nauseous. I can not beleive the little bit of weight I lifted made me this sore. I am embarrassed and ashamed. I look forward to be back to lifting hard and regularly soon but today, I am taking off.
