I don't usually ask for a lot of help but here we go.
I haven't dieted or cut in almost 2 yrs..Been hanging around the same weight eating just about what I want when I want...I have been on a sloppy bulk for about 6 weeks.I've gone from 241 to 252 in this time and I'm 56 yrs old and a little over 6' tall....Probably added a little fat between the bulk and the past 2 yrs..
Anyways my last to cut I have tried the following..Dave Palumbo's no carbs...This resulted in losing fat but I got weak as hell..which resulted in a lot of muscle loss..
Then I tried a calorie diet where I took in 3500 calories a day..I took in 500 g of protein, 400 g low gly carbs and about 45 grams of fat..Now I kept some strength but lost at a 60 / 40% fat to muscle..Hell this is unexceptable to me.. I went from 270 lbs to 221 lbs but every 10 lbs I dropped If I remember I would only drop about 2-3% B/F
I will be starting another cut Nov 1st and will also be using 1 gram of test..I just came off a cycle 15 days ago but want to keep my calories up until i start the cut because I will be off gear for now..
Anyone have a diet where you lose at maybe 80 / 20 % fat to muscle or a idea that might work..I was doing about 1 hr of cardio a day last time..I will also be using T-3 and a little clen for the cut..I'll guess right now I'm about 18% B/F
