Hey everyone.
I just had a tonsillectomy at age 25 and am recovering. For my age, recovery is going better than expected, but I've now been out of the gym for some time and atrophied from the lack of food, being that it was so hard to swallow. The surgery was necessary, but unexpected, but I still want to see if I can reach my goal of 270lbs offseason weight before I diet down for the novice mr. michigan 2009. Therefore, to get back to the fast track of growing again, I would be very appreciative of any diets and training plans people could provide me. I'd like a plan that for the first two week back targets all the major muscle groups without me having to lay on an angle or flat, as this puts a bit too much pressure on my throat still, which for now is still a bit tender. If anyone has some ideas or suggestions I would be greatful.
I love this board, its members and have learned alot from you guys.
Take care,
Futurefreak
