One of my training partners gave me a little constructive critisism(sp?) and we decided that my biggest problem was my triceps. My arms are 18 inches but my biceps are some much more developed than my tri's. I do 3-5 sets with 2-3 of the following exercises for tri's they are nose breakers, Close grip bench, tricep push downs dumbell ext. and french press wich is the same motion of nose breakers only your sitting up. I also do dips but I chose to do them on chest because I've never been able to get as much benifit from them fro tri's as i do for chest. So does anyone have any ideas?
